How this site handles your data

Data used by the site

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

The hosting service may process ordinary connection and security data needed to serve and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, and browser or device information.

• Your chosen language and whether you dismissed the privacy notice are stored in your browser's localStorage.
• The booking flow sends the selected time and the details you enter, together with its language. A hidden field helps filter obvious automated spam.
• Google Drive and TikTok receive connection data only if you choose to load a video hosted by them.

Project enquiries

I use the booking details to schedule the introductory call, understand your enquiry, assess a possible collaboration, and prepare for the work you ask about.

Every visible field is required. Without those details, the call cannot be booked; you can contact me by email instead.

Legal bases

Which legal basis applies depends on why the data is processed.

• I process project-enquiry data when this is needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Where applicable, I rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to operate and protect the site, prevent spam and abuse, answer general enquiries that are not pre-contractual, and keep limited records needed to protect legal claims.

Depending on a provider's infrastructure, some processing may take place outside the Czech Republic or the European Economic Area. Check each provider's policy for its current locations and transfer arrangements.

How long data is kept

Data is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described here.

• Language and privacy-notice settings stay in your browser until you clear site data.
• Booking and enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to arrange the call and handle a possible or active collaboration, then deleted or anonymised.
• Some information may be kept longer where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• External providers set their own retention periods in their policies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where that right applies.

These rights are not absolute. I will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in full.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). You do not have to contact me first.
